YET/ONBOARDING
The project should start with answers, not a meeting.
After payment, we ask for the minimum useful context and access needed to do the work.
No discovery marathon. No repeating the same information three times.
The handoff/
Show us how a job ends today.
This is what we’ll ask for once the order is paid. Having it ready means less waiting and less back-and-forth.
Business context/
/What normally happens when the work is complete
/Current review link or preferred review destination
/Any referral language already in use
/Warranty, care or handoff information customers should receive
/Who on the team is responsible for the final customer touchpoint
Access & handoff/
/Access to the simple tools where the closeout will live, when needed
/One standard completion flow to build around
/No review gating or incentive schemes
And the basics/
Your name, business name, best email, website or relevant profile link, and anything unusual we should know before touching the work.
When does work actually start?
Once payment is complete and the required access or inputs are available, we can confirm the handoff. If something essential is missing, we tell you exactly what is blocking the start.
