YET/ONBOARDING
The project should start with answers, not a meeting.
After payment, we ask for the minimum useful context and access needed to do the work.
No discovery marathon. No repeating the same information three times.
The handoff/
We need the website and the destination for the lead.
This is what we’ll ask for once the order is paid. Having it ready means less waiting and less back-and-forth.
Business context/
/Website URL
/The service or request the form should support
/Where new quote requests should arrive
/The minimum customer information you actually need
/Any confirmation message or next-step expectation customers should see
Access & handoff/
/Temporary access to the website platform
/Access to the agreed lead-delivery destination if testing requires it
/No unrelated website work is included
And the basics/
Your name, business name, best email, website or relevant profile link, and anything unusual we should know before touching the work.
When does work actually start?
Once payment is complete and the required access or inputs are available, we can confirm the handoff. If something essential is missing, we tell you exactly what is blocking the start.
